Before I even start this page I would like to offer many, many thanks to Marcos Vergara of Hareline Dubbin. Marcos is the former owner of Fly and Field in Glen Elynn IL and now is the Kahuna of R&D, Sales, and Marketing at Hareline. I used to teach the fly tying classes at Fly and Field and worked on several projects with Marcos during his tenure. It was Marcos that first introduced me to Bonefish, Tarpon and Permit and for that I am eternally grateful (not sure if Louise is as grateful). Still a great friend, he is always there to help, inform, and instruct on new materials, patterns and uses for the myriad of TOP NOTCH fly tying materials that they provide for the world’s best fly shops and tyers. Please note that Hareline Dubbin is wholesale only but I don’t think you can walk into any fly shop without seeing their products on the shelves.
